Position Overview: A library Page performs work that directly affects the public by maintaining the order and appearance of the library’s physical collections.
Location: Delphi Public Library
Hours: Part-Time
Schedule: 10-12 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities:

Reshelving books that have been returned or used within the library
-
Shelf-reading to maintain order in the stacks
-
Emptying book drop
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Checking shelves for overdue materials
-
Dusting shelves when necessary
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 9th-grade education
-
Minimum 15 years of age
License/Certification: None.
Abilities:
-
Able to work independently
-
Physical ability to carry, reach, bend, stand, and stoop

Able to sort and organize labels in English
Starting Hourly Rate: $13.00/hour
