Document Services (Printing, Copying, and Faxing)
If you need important documents printed, copied, or faxed, you can send the document via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or place the documents in an envelope and deposit in our outside book drop at the main library or the garage book drop at the branch library. Please include instructions of what you need printed, copied, or faxed, how many copies you need, to whom the fax should be sent, your phone number, and any other information you think we may need. The pickup procedure for your documents follows the same procedure and hours as curbside delivery of library materials.
You may check out books, DVDs, magazines, audiobooks, laptops, Wi-Fi hotspots, and more. DVDs will be limited to 3 of each category, per our usual checkout rules. All materials count towards the 10-item allowable total.
For example, if you check out 6 DVDs, you may check out only 4 other items for a total of 10 items. Please be assured that all items that are returned by patrons are quarantined for 24 hours and then sanitized before being released for checkout to another patron, so you may experience delays in receiving the items you want.
How to Curbside
Become a curbside pickup pro in just a few simple steps!
- For fastest service, we encourage you to place holds in our catalog.
- Call 765-564-2929 Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
- Use our Personal Librarian service below, and we will pick out items for you.
We will make every effort to provide you with everything on your list, but please do not request more than 10 items at a time. We thank you for your patience as we develop and refine this new service method!
Staff will call or email you to provide you with a specific pickup appointment time. Please do not come early, as your items will not be available until the appointed time. Staff will make every effort to have requested items available for pickup on the following pickup day. For example, if you place a request on Tuesday for the main library, we will try to have those items ready for pickup on Wednesday.
Pickup in Delphi
You may pick up your items curbside at the library’s Indiana St. entrance. Pull up to the curb at the appointed time, and call 765-564-2929 to let us know you have arrived. A staff member will place your order in a tote bag on the bench adjacent to the sculpture of the children reading. The tote bag will have your checkout receipt with your name highlighted and clipped to the bag. Please do not get out of your car until the staff member returns to the building. There is no need to return the tote bag. That is our gift to you!
Pickup in Yeoman
You may pick up your items in front of the library on Forest St. Pull up on the street in front of the library at the appointed time, pop open your trunk, and call the library at 574-965-2382 to let us know you have arrived. A staff member will place your order in your trunk. The tote bag will have your checkout receipt with your name highlighted and clipped to the bag. Please do not get out of your car to greet the staff member. There is no need to return the tote bag. That is our gift to you!
All items should be returned in the outside book drop. Staff cannot accept returns handed to them during curbside pickup.
Items will be removed from the drop, placed into a 72-hour quarantine, then sanitized before moving to the shelf or the next patron.
